By accessing or using ReplyKaro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
ReplyKaro is an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant that automates customer communications, appointment booking, and follow-ups for businesses. The Service integrates with the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
ReplyKaro offers tiered subscription plans. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions are month-to-month unless otherwise stated. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. We process customer messages solely to provide the Service and do not sell your data to third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the WhatsApp Business API complies with Meta's terms and policies. ReplyKaro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ReplyKaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service dashboard.
